14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

As with all of our vapes, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to try your vape, and if you’re not satisfied with it, you can return it for a refund, store credit, or exchange it for a totally different vape. Any accessories that have been used with the bundle can also be returned, but only with the vaporizer. We do not accept used accessories to be returned on their own. Your items are also eligible to be returned through our 30-day policy if they are unused and unopened.
