Important Holiday Shipping Info

The Holidays are nearly upon us, and that means it’s a busy time for everyone. If you are giving the gift of vapor this year please make sure you don’t miss any of these important holiday shopping deadlines from our store!

For the continental US

To receive your items in time for Christmas (December 25) they must be placed by the following dates:

• Free (1-3 day) shipping: Tuesday December 18, order must be placed before 1 PM (EST)
• Overnight shipping: Thursday December 20, order must be placed before 1 PM (EST)

Please note that if we receive your order after 1 PM EST, your order will most likely ship the next day. We need to receive your orders before 1 PM EST for all dates outlined here.

Canada

Due to customs and possible delays as a result of this (this is often difficult to predict for us, we are working hard to expand our services to ship directly from Canada in the near future!) we recommend placing your order before December 12. While orders placed after this date may still arrive in time, we cannot make any guarantees here.

Other international destinations

• Unfortunately, we can not guarantee packages to arrive on time to gift by the 25th of December.

Warehouse Shipping Times

Our warehouse is closed on Christmas Day (December 25) and New Year’s Day, January 1st. Please allow for additional shipping time when your order is placed the day before, or on these days.

Customer Support availability

Please note that we our Customer Care department is not available on December 25 and January 1st. We will respond to your inquiry on the next business day.
