Expert Advice
Travel safely
Loose batteries in your pocket don’t play well with coins or keys. Place these vinyl caps on the ends of your 18650 battery to prevent short-circuits and other nasty problems while traveling or in storage.

Way too small to be at all convenient
These are so small, I've been wondering if they might actually be the wrong ones. The package says the correct battery type, but I'm wondering if the wrong caps got put into the package. Either that, or maybe I should've paid heed to the reviewers who said they were tight. I ended up giving up and trying again another couple of times, but each time I ended up stopping before feeling even remotely close to succeeding. After all, the battery has a warning on it about handling it, which made me feel uncomfortable forcing it into anything, you know? To write this review, though, I decided to try one more time. Much to my surprise, THE BATTERY EXPLODED! No no, I'm kidding, it actually didn't explode, but I was terrified the whole time that it might do so. My heart is still pounding from the anxiety that it provoked in me. What actually happened was that I managed to get both caps on (more or less). The trick was to smoosh it HARD with my thumb, using brute force rather than coersion. It took extra smooshing to get rid of the "too-small touque" look... but one cap had an edge that flipped underneath itself, and I couldn't pry it up enough to pop out because my hands were already sore from fighting with the damn thing. Due to the ridiculous difficulty, there is no way I'm going to use these on a regular basis. I'm just gonna get a DynaVap and a few extra lighters, for those times when I'm worried about running out of battery. On the bright side, this useless item did help me get above the free shipping amount, so I guess that's something.

Hi Qrystal, I hope you are trying to use them on flat-top 18650s. They won't fit if there is a nipple on the positive end of the battery. With that said, they are a tight fit by design. We don't want the cap to come off the battery while being transported in your pocket with loose change or keys. That can end up being quite painful. Take care, Larry
these are great!
I will say they are kind of a bear to get on, kind of tricky to get them on cause they are very tight fit. im hoping they 'loosen up" a bit over time....
They do not fit 18650
The package says they fit 18650s, but they are far too small. Strangely enough, it seems that they are the exact same product as the Stem Caps that (also 3D Studios) POTV sells for Tinymight 2, as I had that around to compare the dimensions, it is the same dimensions. I feel that the battery is in jeopardy of being damaged if I try to force it on a battery, I tried and tried and reached the conclusion that I ought not force it to not damagae the battery wrapper. I believe that the product was mislabeled/mispackaged to my misfortune. Can you tell which is the TM2 Stem cap in my picture apart from the 18650 caps? 18650s are much bigger than TM2 stems in diameter by the way!

Great Fit
Perfect fit for on the go batteries. Such a nice feature on the NEW LOBO.
