Replacement Battery for Arizer Air
The replacement battery for Arizer Air will make sure that your vaporizer is always on the go. This Li-ion battery is made specifically for use with the Arizer Air. It is high power, high quality, and long-lasting. The product includes 1 Arizer Air spare battery, which can come in a red, blue, or purple color, and a battery tester to monitor the charge. By always keeping one of these spares in hand, you will never have to wait for your Arizer Air’s battery to charge. Simply swap out the dead battery with a new one, and you are good to go!
Return policy
We only accept returns for accessories if they are within 30 days, unused and unopened, or if they are being returned with a vaporizer under our 14-day satisfaction policy.

Dead batteries
I ordered 4 new batteries 2 work fine, and 2 lose their charge almost instantly. I wondered how long these were on the shelf as Ariser doesn't offer these batteries anymore
Planet of the Vapes
Hi Ian I am so sorry about this. I see that you are currently with Miguel on this issue. Please continue to do so. You are in very good hands. Also, please feel free to reach out to Airzer directly on this if you wish. They can be contacted here: https://arizer.com/support/ One thing that may help. If you haven't done this yet, I'd like you to put your batteries on the charger and leave them there for a 4.5 hour conditioning charge even if it indicates that they are fully charged before that time is up. You only need to do this extended charge once. Also, please know that it takes about 3 to 4 full charge cycles for the batteries to stabilize and perform up to spec. With best regards, Larry
Arizer batteries
still waiting for Larry to create a service ticket for my battery complaint from 10 days ago concerning the 3 Arizer air batteries I bought. I was told that they came directly for Arizer but the original one i received with my vape was purple and the ones i got are grey. They do NOT hold the charge for long at all. dawna greer
Planet of the Vapes
Hi Dawna, Larry here. Sorry for the confusion. The service ticket that I eluded to was the original email that I sent out to you on Jan 26th. That email thread is that service ticket. I ended it with, "Creating a service ticket for you right now to discuss." but I didn't hear back from you. With that said, I am here for you now. In regards to the different colors of the batteries, this is occurring with all manufacturers including Arizer. None of the vaporizer manufacturers manufacture their own batteries but rather procure them from battery manufacturers such as Sony, Samsung, etc etc. Due to the current electronic shortages, vaporizer manufacturers as well as other electronic manufacturers are sourcing their batteries from wherever they can get them, hence the change-up in colors. In regards to your battery not holding a charge, I'd like you to try something. If you haven't done this yet, I'd like you to put your vape on the charger and leave it there for a 4.5 hour battery conditioning charge even if your vape indicates that it is fully charged before that time is up. You only need to do this extended charge once. Also, please know that it takes about 3 to 4 full charge cycles for that battery to stabilize and perform up to spec. After doing the above mentioned extended charge along with 3 to 4 additional normal charges, please get back to me here: https://www.planetofthevapes.com/pages/contact-us ... with the total on-time minutes (heat up time + vaping time, not the number of sessions) that you get after a full charge before the vape shuts down due to a depleted battery along with the temp that you are vaping at. All batteries will lose their ability to hold a charge over time but if it’s operating below normal specs, we'll replace your battery for you. Awaiting your reply, Larry
