This review is based on my experience with 2 different Palm units in the past 8 weeks. The first one stopped heating entirely after the first charge. POTV exchanged it for a new one (customer service experience on the exchange handling gets 2 stars). The replacement unit worked fine till its first recharge. Since recharging I am able to get vapor on about 1 in 10 pulls. The device says it is charged and lights up like it is hitting, but there is no vapor produced. I am using CCell carts from Select and Golf Flora purchased from reputable legal shops.
