Crafty+ Essentials Bundle

Great Bundle at a really nice price.

Ordered the Crafty+ bundle and received it 9 days later. After 7 days I opened an account at USPS in order to formally trace the package. The new investigation made it onto my tracking info. 24 hours later USPS emailed me to tell me a package will come to me soon. 48 hours after the inquiry the package was delivered. There was no damage to package or the address label. All the addresses were correct. Did USPS find it, or was it coincidence? In any event, it was shipped USPS PRIORITY. Not in a box, but a soft envelope. Just to save a dollar? LUCKILY nothing was crushed. Took 9 days, including 7 business days to get what USPS advertises takes 2-3 days. LOL. *****. I do not complain about the 9 days. That is USPS fault. I do complain about the packaging. Next, customer service was excellent. The agent, Ashis answered all my emails and tracked the package the best he could. Actually no different than the average Joe doing it himself at the USPS site with the tracking number. Next, the Crafty+. My first one was in 2016. It burnt out after 3 months. Got a new one PROMPTLY from Storz-Bickel under warranty. The new one burnt out after 4 months. Instead of a third Crafty under warranty, I paid them $50 and upgraded to a Mighty. The Mighty lasted until one year ago. Storz and Bickel "repaired" the Mighty for $149. However nobody repairs anymore. They send a BRAND NEW Mighty in a sealed box. THE BEST WARRANTY SERVICE on the market. Back to the Crafty. Since I own or owned a Crafty, Mighty, Plenty, Volcano, PAX 1, PAX plus, PAX mini, Firefly 1, Firefly 2+, home made using flame and glass pieces, I am fully qualified to analyze vapes. The Crafty is stealth, small, light and equal in performance to the Mighty. But it does not last, at least it did not in 2016. However it has a 3 year warranty. If it burns out I can upgrade to a Mighty plus for a few bucks I think. The Firefly is a killer vape as well. That one uses minimal material and heats up in 5 seconds. The PAX is sleek and stealth. Works excellent. The Plenty looks like a powertool or heat gun and blends in on a workbench. However the clouds it makes cannot be beaten. You got to plug that one in. The Volcano needs no explanation. Unique with those balloons. Even flavor throughout an entire balloon. I recommend all of the above listed vapes. You will never have a problem with Storz and Bickel for warranty, I have 9 years of vape experience. Literally, I am on my first Storz and Bickel portable vape after 9 years utilizing warranty and inexpensive repair services. This Crafty is my second portable from Storz/Bickel with a 3 year warranty. STORZ AND BICKEL IS THE BEST. The reason I give 4 stars is due to flimsy packaging. What you do is put the items in a box. That box goes into the priority envelope. Same price, just another 25 cents for a box. How many claims do you get for broken items in the packaging? And a PRO tip before I sign off. If you want CLOUDS, make sure your ******/product is moist. Buy BOVEDA Humidity packs to moisten up your ******. Easy to use. Put a small pack of BOVEDA 62%-72% humidity into your airtight container. The next day, CLOUDS. This is a great company. I also have a company where I sell small, expensive and fragile items. ALWAYS A BOX WITH INTERNAL PADDING. If you are spending a couple hundred bucks, request a box.
