It does what it is supposed to do and does it well. I think it's superfluous. That's on me for not thinking before I bought it though.

They're fine to use as a "sharing with a friend" mouthpiece... but I'd avoid these if you're planning to use as a WPA in a 14mm female *****. (Super flimsy, poor seal, etc.)

Great cheap mouthpiece. I don't even own a DynaVap, so I am able to use it on my Arizer portable or TinyMight stock stem.
