Hi Elia, In regards to vapor production, I think we can improve that by quite a bit. All vapes have their own unique learning curves that may not be covered in the user manual. I'm going to send you a link to our blog. Pay particular attention to your draw technique. Very short, quick, cigar-like puffs work best with this vape along with a VERY fine grind, a FULLY loaded oven, and a firm tamp. Make sure that you are holding your Pax upright when inhaling. Also please give it about 20 seconds to heat soak after your Pax has reached its set temp. Any one of these three things can kill vapor production. You should also familiarize yourself with the cooling technology inside. If you set it down or don't touch it to your lips (with the recessed mouthpiece) it will start to cool down after 30 seconds to preserve your herbs. Once you pick it up it rapidly heats the oven to get it back up to vaping temperature. Also, please know that your Pax is designed to be very stealthy, and they accomplish that not only by it being very pocket-friendly in design but also by limiting vapor production as compared to other vapes while, at the same time, allowing you to feel the effects of whatever herbs you are vaporizing.
