I bought this to replace a bubbler that I broke, and I think it’s a lot better than the original. It holds just enough water to cool, without being too big to easily handle. The coils that came with it are also very good, and although I didn’t need them, I am now using them a lot!

Honestly, it's awesome. Mine broke after the first use. Defect issue on one of the inner stems. But I emailed the service reps and after a few documented photos, they are sending me a replacement. Kudos to the service reps for sure. Honestly the products are always great but it's the costumer service that keeps me loyal. They are honest and fair with no run around.

Wonderful! Paired with Eleaf iStick Pico 21700 and the Sai Heat Sink (the Heat Sink is essential to make it clear the battery ****). Feels heavy and sturdy. I love how it doesn't leak if I put it down on it's side. If there is one negative it's that you can only fill it with a tiny bit of water. If you accidentally put a little bit too much it splashes up into the mouthpiece. Also, it actually comes with two 2 coils. That wasn't clear to me from the description. But I have only been using it with the Sai Bucket Coil that I bought separately. Also, POTV service was excellent.
