Warranty
The Tinymight dry herb vaporizer comes with a 3-year manufacturer warranty. You will need your device’s serial number to be eligible for warranty work. This can be located on the base of the Tinymight 2. When you purchase from Planet of the Vapes, you are also covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Any accessories that have been used with the bundle can also be returned, but only with the vaporizer. We do not accept used accessories to be returned on their own.Any unopened and unused items are also covered by our 30-day return policy.

Firstly, the device when it is functioning is easily the best dry herb vaporizer I have tried to date. I was a little apprehensive with the TM2 as research would indicate some challenges with the device, usually the buttons. I didn’t have any issues with the buttons but mine stopped heating within about a week. I want to highlight the stellar customer experience I received when exchanging this device. Fast communication, totally professional and very customer service oriented. I will always come to POTV first for this reason alone.

The tinymight 2 is excellent. Service at POTV Canada is not. Stem showed up broken, and device was 3 days late. New stem was supposed to arrive on the 1st. It is nowhere to be found. If you are in Newfoundland, don’t use POTV. It all ends up in the Dieppe black hole.
