Warranty
The Tinymight dry herb vaporizer comes with a 3-year manufacturer warranty. You will need your device’s serial number to be eligible for warranty work. Any accessories that have been used with the bundle can also be returned, but only with the vaporizer. We do not accept used accessories to be returned on their own.Any unopened and unused items are also covered by our 30-day return policy.

This is hands down the best dry vape I've ever tried, some of ** things I like are: 1.-The fact that the the vapor is so abundant and milky means it will add a new dimension to your herbs, even if you've owned other vapes before. Ihad had G pens, G elite or pro( can't remember the name), Pax, Pax3 and Airizer but I prefer this one over the other no doubt. 2.-You can change the battery! So in the words of a great character ''Unlimited Power!'' The battery life is short compared to other vapes but you can hae more than 1 battery and a charger for that battery and you're set, no need to wait until it charges and it's great if you like long sessions withtout changing so often or just sharing. (That being said it does get hot and you can't use it for more than like 20-30 mins straight. It cools down in a few minutes though.) 3.-Even though the packaging is unimpressive the unit itself feels sturdy, there are available replacements and great accesories that can help it overcome almost any issue I've ever had with other stuff. To finish the most important advice I can give is get the large stem it's 100% worth it, i don't think i would feel the same without it. I'm very happy with the tinymight 2 so far 3 months in

Firstly, the device when it is functioning is easily the best dry herb vaporizer I have tried to date. I was a little apprehensive with the TM2 as research would indicate some challenges with the device, usually the buttons. I didn’t have any issues with the buttons but mine stopped heating within about a week. I want to highlight the stellar customer experience I received when exchanging this device. Fast communication, totally professional and very customer service oriented. I will always come to POTV first for this reason alone.

Truly awful. Still haven't managed to vape a bowl, and I've had it for a couple days (and do I need to do a burn-off? this info is PRETTY IMPORTANT). I mean, I like that it's made of wood, and obviously the price is exorbitant, but I guess shipping this stuff ain't cheap. Honestly, I did not need to receive this so quickly after the 4/20 sale. Free shipping doesn't mean you need to have it rushed to me: there are people outside of the Centre of the Universe, you know. Anyway, it's not worth the time to return (as Canada Post seems to be having issues currently) but I definitely feel like it because the instruction manual pages I did get are only in English (allô!) and, well, I expected better from you gaiz. There's a tube stuck in the airpath, and I don't think it was supposed to come that way, which makes me think tampering was involved. Will likely not purchase from PotV (I can never remember where I left your expiring gift codes anyway) again. Guess I'll have to take more time to examine how this thing works, as the intention was an upgrade from my Arizer Air Max... P.S. Reminds me a LOT of the Milaana and resembles the Firewood quite a bit. So again, cool product, BUT terrible experience with "the best vape store in Canada".

Please let your Tinymighty totally cool down between those burnoffs. USWorked great. For three weeks.
Doesn't turn on. Tried new battery, resetting temperature, thorough cleaning, and still nothing. Tinymight wants me to post a video someplace so they can actually see that it isn't working. Than maybe they will accept it back for repair. This was an absolute waste of my money.
