Hi Nick, We are currently working together bn the issue. As said in our conversation, along with some additions: We receive these sleeves directly from Xmax, and all will perform in the same way. While there is no guarantee on accessories, there are times when we can make an exception if it is reported within our 14 Day Satisfaction window that begins from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we are pretty much outside of that window now. What I will do, though, is forward your video to TopGreen, who makes the Starry, so that they can make running production changes if need be. I wish this had been included with the Xmax or better yet that it wasn't necessary to have at all, but it does the job it was intended to do and that's all anyone can expect.
United StatesGood at being a Sleeve but gets Loose
Great at keeping the vape protected, the hands not too warm, and for holding the most tamper tool. My only downside is that it can slip up or down and obstruct the air inputs so be mindful that the wings at the sleeve's bottom are clinging to the battery door, not above or below.
