Water pipe adapter
The Solo 2 MAX comes ready to pair with a tabletop bubbler right out of the box. Bubblers are a great session companion for their effective cooling and conditioning and the Solo 2 MAX performs beautifully with it.
It comes with a 14mm frosted glass aroma tube/water pipe adapter and functions like your traditional Arizer portable stem. Simply pack the bottom of the stem, insert it into the Solo 2 MAX heating chamber, then attach it to your bubbler.
Inverted controls atop a bubbler
Similar to the Arizer Air MAX, the Solo 2 MAX comes with a built-in smart feature that flips the screen and onboard controls when you invert it and connect it to a bubbler. No matter how you use it, it works. As soon as it’s upside down, the screen and controls switch instantly for a seamless experience.
Dark Mode
Dark Mode is another added feature that is perfect for when you want to enjoy a session under the radar. Activate it and the Solo2 MAX will dim the lights and minimize onscreen clutter for a more discreet look.
This is a great feature if want to run through a session at night without the bright lights or when you’re out and about and don’t want to draw too much attention.
USB-C charging
USB-C has quickly become the new standard in charging, and the Solo2 MAX is the next fan-favorite vaporizer to adopt it. Now, you can plug in virtually anywhere with a USB-A port or wall outlet with the included charge adapter. Plus, you can vape while you charge!
What stays the same as the original Solo 2?
We’ll dive into these two vaporizers in a separate article, but for now, here’s what stays the same between the two.
Same great sessions
Sessions from the Solo 2 MAX are equally as rich and flavorful as the original Solo 2 vaporizer. The Solo 2 MAX comes with a ceramic hybrid heating system that efficiently cooks your herbs and produces strong, potent vapor. And with the all-glass vapor path, each draw is a pleasant hit. Even more so when you pair it with a bubbler!
Long battery life
The Arizer Solo 2 MAX dry herb vaporizer maintains the same great battery as the original. Vaporize all day long with two 18650 batteries that grant between one and a half to three hours of continuous use, depending on your vaping style and usage. You can expect up to three hours of use at low temperature settings and 90+ minutes with heavier use.
Vape while you charge
A personal favorite, the Solo 2 MAX allows you to enjoy your sessions while you charge the battery. So skip the charge times altogether, plug into a suitable power source, and jump right back into your sessions with minimal downtime. This is one of those features that you didn’t know you needed until you’ve used it, and not many vaporizers have it.
Similar heat-up times
The Arizer Solo 2 MAX portable vaporizer isn’t blazing fast, but it’s not terribly slow. Similar to the original, this vaporizer will get up to 390°F / 198°C in 30 seconds and the top temperature setting in 39 seconds.

Everything you need is accessed and controlled through the Solo 2 MAX’s full LED display. From precise temperature control to screen brightness, timers, and much more, everything is fully accessible through its onboard controls.
