Can I use gift cards during the sale?

What is the return policy during the Summer Sale?
Our unique 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies to our Summer Sale! This means that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchased vaporizer, even used, and exchange it for another model, or return it for a refund or store credit, as long as you reach out to us within 14 days after delivery.

I didn’t like my vape. Can I return it?
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return your vaporizer, even if used, for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange for an entirely different vaporizer if you contact us within 14 days after your order was delivered.

What if my product is used? Can I still return it?
Absolutely - it’s the only way to know if you like it! We want you to be more than happy with your purchase from Planet of the Vapes.

What if my return is outside of the extended guarantee period?
We only accept returns that fall out of the 14 day guarantee on products that are unused and unopened within 30 days of delivery. If you are experiencing trouble with your device, please contact one of our vape experts for more information.
I bought my vape just before the sale, can I get refunded for the difference?
We try to offer the best prices we possibly can, by working closely with the manufacturers to offer great discounts, for a limited time.
To allow this time to be special, as well as to stay within the pricing guidelines set forth by our manufacturers, we cannot offer these prices on previous purchases.
Shipping and Tracking
Are there currently shipping delays?
There are currently no shipping delays, however, we can’t guarantee delivery times, due to unforeseen carrier delays. Delivery times generally take 1–7 business days, but we are not responsible for carrier delays.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We partner with the major carriers to ensure fast and accurate shipping times. Our main carrier is Canada Post, but we do use Canpar as well. For more info on our Shipping Policy, click here.

Why doesn’t my tracking number not update?
The e-mail you received with the tracking number was generated after the label was created. Rest assured that your package is on its way. We appreciate your patience - please allow up to 3 business days for the tracking to be updated by the carrier! There are some rare scenarios where a package is delivered without being updated. If you do not receive your package within 5 business days after receiving your tracking number, please feel free to contact our support team.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Portable vaporizers and most accessories are shipped with a 1-5 business day regular ground service. The shipping time is provided by the shipping carrier and is not guaranteed.
Packages generally arrive within the above time frame, but we are not responsible for carrier delays. If you paid extra for shipping and your package does not arrive within the guaranteed time frame, we will issue you a shipping refund.
We strive to ship all orders received before 1 PM (EST) the same day. Orders not shipped the same day will be shipped the following (business) day. We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays.
We ship week days, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, or on any public holidays. Orders received after 1 PM Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday unless it’s a holiday.

Do you ship to other countries?
Currently, we ship to the US through our US website and to Canada through our Canada website.
We also offer international shipping to selected countries on our US site. Please select your country at checkout for pricing and availability. Please know, customs fees are not included at checkout.

Yes - isn’t that great?! All you have to do is enter both of your gift card codes at checkout!

Unfortunately not. The gift card included in your order is meant to be used with a future purchase.
