Every vaporizer that we sell is backed by the full manufacturer's warranty. If there is ever a warranty issue, we will pay shipping both ways. We offer the most customer friendly policies in the vaporizer industry and this is one of the best ways to show it.
The process is simple:
- Contact us with any problem and we will do our best to troubleshoot the issue so that you don't need to send back your vape.
- If we can't figure it out, we will send you a shipping label to have the item returned to our technician or the manufacturer.
- We will fix whatever is causing the issue or replace your purchase with a new unit, and ship your vape back to you free of charge.
We may ask you to contact the manufacturer for troubleshooting, but only if we think that they may be able to provide additional insight.
Storz & Bickel and Herbalizer handle the warranty themselves.
For the other vaporizers that we sell you can use the warranty through us or with the manufacturer directly. It's your choice. Just so you know, we are usually faster and cheaper than through the manufacturer. We're trying to make your life a little easier.
