Warranty
The Solo 2 comes with a 2-year warranty on workmanship and defects, an industry-leading 1-year warranty on the battery, and a lifetime warranty on the heating element. You will need your device’s serial number to be eligible for warranty work. This can be located on the bottom of the box and the base of the Solo 2. As with all of our vapes, your vaporizer is also covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Any accessories that have been used with the bundle can also be returned, but only with the vaporizer. We do not accept used accessories to be returned on their own.
Any unopened and unused items are also covered by our 30-day return policy.

I have had it for 8 months before writing this review, and I use it for daily usage. Great vape. Battery life is good, burns evenly and cleanly, easy to clean and ****** tastes great with this vaporizer. It's a little heavier than I expected, but it's not too heavy, it has that weight that says "quality", if that makes any sense. I don't regret this purchase at all.
