Easy to use . The smart paths are a nice feature . Easy to clean . Just buy a couple extra batteries . You get 2 sessions per charge with the included battery. Batteries on Amazon are cheap and effective
CanadaI can't figure it out
I couldn't get it to work, returned it, was going to get a refund, decided to just get a replacement - same problem. I might be doing something wrong but I have no idea what it could be.

DO NOT BUY!!
For the first week of owning this product it would hold a charge for about 3 bowls, by the second week it would not hold a charge for even a single full bowl and always says it is fully charged when plugged in. This is a trash product.
