Loose parts

Hi Larry I took the mouthpiece off for the first time, and the nut and filter fell out. After about an hour, I found the nut but no filter. I inserted a porcelain filter and tightened up the nut. Worked great for one session. went to reload, everything fell out again. lost everything this time. Something must be stripped. Help Jules

The description of the vape I purchased this for didn't mention that it already included a cap. The vape itself turned out to be defective. Overall, not impressed.
