Who's the PAX 3 for?
The PAX 3 is a perfect vaporizer if you're looking for a stylish, ultra-portable, and smart everyday carry kind of vape that works amazingly well with both flowers and concentrates.
New complete kit & basic kit
The PAX 3 Complete Kit comes with all the same accessories as originally offered with the PAX 3 including the Concentrate Insert for the extract inclined. Priced at CAD$320, you get more than the CAD$60 difference in price between the two kits.
The PAX 3 Basic Kit, on the other hand, comes with everything you need to vape a full oven of dry herbs and nothing you don't.

New matte finish
PAX has changed out the glossy finish on the PAX 3 for a nice matte version of all the colors.
The PAX 3 easily fits in a pocket or a purse and can be hidden in most people's hand.
The PAX 3 utilizes both lip and motion sensors keeping the oven hot only when you're actually vaping and shutting itself off when you're done. The LED pedals on the face tell you whether it’s heating up, ready to vape, the battery level, temperature and everything else you need to know.
PAX has released a smartphone app (available on iTunes and Google Play), allowing you to customize heating profiles, update firmware and even implement security on your PAX 3.
Concentrates & dry herb
Unlike it's predecessor the PAX 2, the PAX 3 Complete Kit comes with a Concentrate Insert allowing you to switch from herbs to concentrates whenever you like. Usually '2-in-1' vaporizers really only do either dry herb or extracts well, but PAX has done a great job at having both mediums vape great in the PAX 3.
Half-Pack lid for small sessions
The PAX 3, like the PAX 2, absolutely needs to be packed tight to get the quality vapor we talk about loving from this vape. Now with the Complete Kit, a Half-Pack lid is included - letting you pack half the dry herb and get the same quality session you would expect from a tightly packed, full oven.
We're an authorized reseller of PAX Labs products, which means your PAX 3 is covered by a 10 year warranty and, like everything we sell, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Love it but sometimes need to charge it twice a day.
You may need to give it a good conditioning charge, Carlene. If you haven't done this yet, I'd like you to put your vape on the charger and leave it there for 4.5 hours even if your vape indicates that it is fully charged before that time is up. You only need to do this extended charge once. Also, please know that it takes about 3 to 4 full charge cycles for the battery to stabilize and perform up to spec. Also, if you’ve been using a phone brick to charge your vape, try using your computers USB port instead. After doing the above, please let us know here if things improved or not: https://www.planetofthevapes.com/pages/contact-us Awaiting your reply, Larry
It's so convenient and portable and simple to use pick up and go. Perfect for me. The pull is smooth too which I love and maintenance is easy as well.
I really enjoy using my Pax 3 although I have not had the opportunity to try with oil yet.
When using with concentrates, River, please start off with a very small amount. We don't want anything to overflow the concentrate insert. Going to send you the following link that should prove helpful: https://ca.planetofthevapes.com/blogs/blog/pax-3-concentrate-insert-guide With best regards, Larry
My Pax 3 battery seems to be damaged since I've had it. The battery life is no longer than 4 uses and no more although it still works I am quite disappointed to have received a defective product but as for the service and freebies included I couldn't complain.
Hi Mathieu. I see that we already have a service ticket open for you on this. I'm going to repeat here what I suggested there for the benefit of others who may be experiencing the same issue as you. --------------------------- This could be due to an intermittent charge, Mathieu. I'd like you to flip your Pax over and locate the 2 charging pins on the back. Using a thumbnail, press VERY firmly on each pin individually, then try connecting to the dock again. If it now registers that it's charging, leave it on the charger for 4.5 hours even if your vape indicates that it is fully charged before that time is up. Also, please know that it takes about 3 to 4 full charge cycles for the battery to stabilize and perform up to spec. It's also extremely important to use the USB cable that came with your vape.USB has a number of standards and certain cables may not have the capacity to charge your Pax. Try charging your vape with a computer's USB port while no other peripherals are attached rather than using a phone brick. I hope this helps, Mathieu. Please let us know whether following these steps resolved the issue or not. Awaiting your reply, Larry ---------------------------------
Compact, attractive, and very discreet. Easy to load and clean and holds a good charge. Love the custom features.
