Full digital session control
The Solo II features a digital display with easy to use button controls to customize your vaporizer and personalize your session without the need for an app. We get full digital temperature control, adjustable auto-shutoff timer, adjustable beep notification, brightness control, and a belt-clip carrying case similar to the one that comes with the Arizer Air.
The Solo II comes standard with recessed heat jets in the bowl that allow a little more airflow than the original. Featuring a more powerful heater, the Solo II can keep up with even the strongest inhales and deliver consistent heat.

I received my Solo 2 about a week ago, and I’ve been very pleased with the quality of the device and the vapor produced. However, I was arguably even more impressed by the customer service provided by POTV. When they didn’t have the color option I ordered, they reached out to me immediately offering a full refund. I chose the Mystic Blue option they had in stock, and am very happy with my purchase. POTV runs a tight ship with excellent customer service and I’m sure I’ll be a lifelong customer.
POTV is great. I have ordered all my stuff from them. This purchase is just disappointing. I read so many great reviews and wanted to add the Solo to my rotation. I'm not sure I'm even going to use it. BOTH glass stems I received are so loose they rattle around in the unit. The long stem can shake right out if held upside down. This is not what I expected, the glass clinking on the metal heater is just not ok. Right now it's feeling like a total waste of money at it's not really usable in this condition.

There’s an objective behind the dish design and the mouthpieces; easy to draw on, smooth, not too hot vapor. At first, some Glass Aroma Tubes may fit snugly, and after a few uses the fit will loosen up a bit in every unit. The glass pieces will all fit differently into each unit because the glass parts are hand-made. The difference in fit is very slight – some a bit looser and some a bit tighter. The original Air and Solo models were designed for optimum performance and efficiency with loose-fitting Glass Aroma Tubes which is why the ring above the heater bowl expands slightly, to allow for a looser fit and optimized airflow. Last year I purchased an Arizer Solo 2 hand-held vaporizer. It is an amazing unit and I've used it every day for a year with no problems. The other day I got an error code on the display screen and it stopped working. I sent an email to POTV and they gave me some troubleshooting tips that unfortunately did not correct the issue. They sent me an email and I printed out a shipping label with prepaid postage at my house and sent them the product. I had a brand new replacement vaporizer at my house in less than a week. Mike and everyone who works there are great people and their customer service is excellent. This is the second vape that I've purchased from their website and I could not be happier. They kept me updated the whole time regarding the shipping and it was a very easy process. I have always and will continue to only purchase vaping products from POTV
