Please note we only accept used accessories if they are in the same order as your vaporizer, which must also be returned under the 14-day satisfaction guarantee.

We only accept returns that fall out of the 14-day guarantee on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please know we do not cover shipping costs on 30-day returns. If you are experiencing trouble with your device, please contact one of our vape experts.

There are currently no shipping delays. However, we can’t guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen carrier delays. Delivery times generally take 1–7 business days, but we are not responsible for carrier delays.
The e-mail you received with the tracking number was generated after the label was created. Rest assured that your package is on its way. We appreciate your patience - please allow up to 3 business days for the tracking to be updated by the carrier! There are some rare scenarios where a package is delivered without being updated. Please contact our support team if you do not receive your package within five business days of receiving your tracking number.
Portable vaporizers and most accessories are shipped with a 1-5 business day regular ground service. The shipping time is provided by the shipping carrier and is not guaranteed.
Packages generally arrive within the above time frame, but we are not responsible for carrier delays. If you paid extra for shipping and your package does not arrive within the guaranteed time frame, we will issue you a shipping refund.
We strive to ship all orders received before 1 PM (EST) the same day. Orders not shipped the same day will be shipped the following (business) day. We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays.
We ship week days, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, or on any public holidays. Orders received after 1 PM Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday unless it’s a holiday.
